Business is currently being conducted through the drive-thru, by phone or by electronic means at the following locations:
- Columbus Centre - 2330 Hwy 45 N
- Columbus Eastside - 126 Alabama Street
- Starkville - 12036 Hwy 182 E
The lobby at our CAFB location remains closed until further notice. This location does not have drive-thru access; however, the night drop is being used to accept transactions during business hours in addition to serving as a receptacle for overnight drops. If you need assistance at the Base office during business hours, please call in advance or knock on the door.
If you need to conduct business at any location that can only be completed in-person, please call 662-434-6052 and select option 8 to speak with a TFCU employee. This will give us an opportunity to prepare in advance and determine the best possible way to accomplish your request.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the ways that you can access your accounts and conduct financial business from the comfort of your home:
•Online Banking: If you haven't already enrolled, we encourage you to do so today.
•E-statements: Log in to online banking and visit Self Service to enroll in e-statements.
•Bill Pay: Pay one-time or recurring bills with ease, also found under Self Service.
•Mobile Banking: Fast, secure service for members enrolled in online banking.
•Mobile Deposit: Deposit checks anytime, anywhere from your mobile device.
•Online Applications: Easily apply for new accounts, loans, mortgages and credit cards.
•Loans by Phone: Call 1-866-290-5607 to apply for a loan 24/7 with a live loan rep.
Many additional transactions and services can also be completed by phone. Please call 662-434-6052 and select the appropriate option to be transferred directly to the TFCU employee who can best handle your request.
